Arboris Koh Dach
To facilitate the old style with convenience, modern plumbing and cooking functions were added in. The villa is of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one kitchen/living room and a sizeable study with shutter windows and top-to-bottom glass. The neighbourhood is friendly. Palm trees, birds and squirrels are the daily company. Outside the property, markets and local resorts with restaurants are easily reached by bicycle rides.
Koh Dach, translated Silk Island, has been the traditional venue of nourishing for the Khmer silk worm due to the island’s relatively mild climate and primitive rural environment. The average family often owns a manual weaving machine and men and women are still seen pedalling it to weave, distancing their insula from the vibrant booming city that is merely a river’s width away.
